Dr. Muhammad Yaseen Represents Turbat University in the International Conference

Dr. Muhammad Yaseen, a faculty member and Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC) at the University of Turbat (UoT), participated in the 3rd International Conference on Media and Social Development 2025. The event was organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences at Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), Karachi, on December 17 and 18, 2025.
Scholars, practitioners, media professionals, policymakers, and researchers across the world participated in the conference. They exchanged innovative ideas and presented research findings centered on the media’s role in social change and sustainable development. The conference explored emerging trends and innovative practices in interdisciplinary collaboration, focusing on the roles of media influence, sociology, the SDGs, and climate change within the context of digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Turbat, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Muhammad Yaseen for his active participation and exceptional performance at the conference.
